Inspired Action Coaching works in three phases

Phase I - The Breakthrough Process

You begin your Inspired Action Coaching process by filling out a very thorough assessment. Just filling out the assessment will begin to create breakthroughs in performance and personal power.

Using your assessment as a starting point, you and your coach will speak for 30 minutes every week. You will receive powerful, life-transforming assignments each and every week. Every assignment you complete will bring you greater clarity, peace, fulfillment and joy.

The outcome of Phase I is very clear. Remove the barriers to happiness and success that have held you back your entire life. With your coach's guidance, you will remove the biggest blocks to happiness and success.

Phase II - The Creation Process

With the Phase I complete, you no longer view your life as broken and the fears that have plagued your life are now losing their grip.

Phase II fulfills on the promise that goal-setting never achieved; a feeling of accomplishment as well as a satisfied feeling with your life everyday.

Here's the question you will use during the Creation Phase: "If you aren't going to avoid your fears or operate out of guilt and obligation any longer, then who would you be and what would you do? If life was as good as it gets, what is it?"

During the second 90-day period, you and your coach will investigate who you really are, what you really want, what makes you happy, what turns you on, what makes you feel fulfilled and you will know the answer to this question, "What makes me feel like I am living the life of my dreams now?"

Phase II is called the Creation Process because you literally create the life of your dreams from scratch. No past to consider… No one to please… Just pure authentic expression of your desires. This will be one of the most magical times of your life.

Phase III - The Life Construction Process
